How do you pick the right Designer for your project?

Nigeria Tech eco-system has been said to be one the fastest growing industry, its no news that @paystack @flutterwave and @opay has shown us how much of investment is setting out there waiting to come into Nigeria. My prediction is that by 2021 a lot more young founders will emerge.

Therefore it’s important as founding partners or members to ensure you choose the right people to work within building your project, my focus will be on Design today, Places like Dubai and Paris that we all like to visit was well thought out and articulated on paper and sketched before pushing to production,☺️ Some of those buildings are over 100 years, this is true because when it was Designed the idea was for it to last for centuries. Designs are always evolving from time to time, however, when building and designing a solution it’s important to think long term and create systems.

In selecting your candidate for your project, ensure you select one who has demonstrated an ability to listen to your words and those unspoken and can articulate your thoughts in writing.

Great Designs are usually properly articulated thoughts and ideas. Remember good UX isn’t always about how colorful your solutions are but how simple and easy it’s to navigate through it with excellence at its peak. hope this helps?
